A GREEN OASIS IN VALDERROBRES​

​​​I'm Terry from London, how did I turn up here? Like everyone else; holidays, weekends and then seduced by the outstanding beauty of this area south of the river Ebro, moved to Matarranya. These mountains and rivers like those of Macondo, "rivers of crystaline water that run along beds of polished stones,  white and enormous, like prehistoric eggs.".​​​​​​​​​​

In 1992 I opened the first restaurant in the county to offer an alternative to the traditional bars and inns, giving to both local and visiting customers the opportunity to try new foods in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
We make the only homemade pizzas in the county with the best natural ingredients, and our pancakes, pastries and chocolates are also made by us from the finest traditional recipes. All our dishes are freshly prepared and cooked when your orders reach the kitchen, we are not a fast food but we do try to give the fastest possible service.
In the summer, our garden, completely covered by a pergola of grape vines and fruit trees has become an essential part of local night life where our customers supper to the sound of the best music from all over the world.
